SkillDrift is an AI-native Talent Mobility platform designed for enterprises, small and medium businesses (SMBs), and individual professionals. Our platform provides:

• AI-powered skill profiling and gap analysis

• Workforce planning and strategic talent alignment
• Learning and development recommendations
• Internal mobility and career development tools
• Real-time talent analytics and insights

The Service is available through web browsers, mobile applications, SaaS deployment, and on-premise installations.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18, you may only use our Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

User Content: You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant SkillDrift a limited license to use, process, and analyze such content to provide the Service.

AI-Generated Insights: Insights, recommendations, and analyses generated by our AI systems are proprietary to SkillDrift and may not be redistributed without permission.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with various third-party platforms including:

• HR systems (Workday, SAP, etc.)
• Learning platforms (Coursera, Udemy, etc.)
• Professional networks (LinkedIn)
• Calendar systems (Google Calendar, Microsoft Exchange)
• Apple App Store (for iOS in-app purchases)

Your use of third-party services through our platform is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

7. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Web Platform Purchases:

• Payments processed via Razorpay (India) or Stripe (Rest of the world)
• Refunds handled directly by SkillDrift according to our refund policy
• Billing disputes can be addressed through our support team

iOS App Purchases:

• All iOS purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Refunds for iOS purchases must be requested directly through Apple App Store
• SkillDrift cannot process refunds for iOS purchases
• Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID account settings

Android App Purchases:

• All Android purchases are processed by Google through Google Play Store
• Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through Google Play
• Refunds for Android purchases must be requested directly through Google Play Store
• SkillDrift cannot process refunds for Android purchases
• Subscription management is handled through your Google Play account

Pricing:

• Prices may vary between platforms due to platform fees and regional differences
• All purchases are final unless refunded according to platform policies

8. Platform-Specific Terms

Apple App Store:

• iOS app usage is subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA)
• Apple is not responsible for the app's content or performance
• Apple has no obligation to provide support services for the app
• In case of app failure to conform to warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement regarding iOS app usage

Google Play Store:

• Android app usage is subject to Google Play Terms of Service
• Google is not responsible for the app's content or performance
• All Android app-related issues should be directed to SkillDrift, not Google

Geographic Restrictions:

• App availability may vary by country/region based on platform restrictions
• Certain features may be limited based on local regulations

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability: We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

AI Accuracy: While our AI systems are sophisticated, we make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated insights and recommendations.

Career Outcomes: The Service provides guidance and tools for career development, but we cannot guarantee specific career outcomes or job placements.

Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of content from integrated third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillDrift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
